Yes. Every engineer who works on gas appliances carries a Gas Safe ID card. You can check our registration number on the Gas Safe Register website; the number is shown in the footer of this site.
For standard jobs, no. We quote a price before starting and you only pay that. Emergency call-outs outside normal hours have a fixed call-out charge, which we tell you on the phone before we set off.
All workmanship is guaranteed for 12 months, and parts carry the manufacturer's warranty. New boilers come with up to 10 years' cover when we register the installation.
Emergencies: usually within 60 to 90 minutes. Routine jobs: normally within 48 hours, and we will give you a morning or afternoon slot.
